His background uniquely blends hands-on construction experience, formal training in finance and real estate development, and transaction-level execution across the full real estate lifecycle. Rocco began his career in the field, working in construction as a journeyman carpenter and project manager, where he developed a deep appreciation for cost discipline, constructability, and operational realities. He later worked in corporate finance before transitioning into commercial real estate brokerage, advising on leasing and investment sales transactions while completing graduate school. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy. As founder and principal of Committed Industrial, Rocco leads site selection, underwriting, design, capitalization, entitlements, construction oversight, leasing, operations, and disposition strategy and brings a systems-oriented, forward-looking approach to development—prioritizing repeatability, transparency, and risk management through proprietary processes and technology infrastructure. His leadership style reflects accountability, composure under pressure, and a long-term mindset shaped by early responsibility and self-reliance.
